NDLEA: Interior Ministry recruits will not pay for drug integrity test
Applicants to four Interior ministries can take the mandatory drug test for free, avoiding any payment scams.

The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) says candidates applying to four Interior Ministry agencies do not need to pay for the mandatory Drug Integrity Test (DIT). The Ministry of Interior has paid for the test for all new recruits.
The agencies affected are the Nigerian Correctional Service, Nigeria Immigration Service, Federal Fire Service and Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps. NDLEA confirmed that the Ministry made a bulk payment to cover testing.
Applicants should not make any payment to NDLEA officials, testing centres or any other channel. Spokesman Femi Babafemi said candidates will access the NDLEA Drug Integrity Test portal through a link or access point on their institutional portals.
The portal lets candidates complete registration and documentation before taking the test, with no extra fees. The statement noted the Ministry’s cooperation and NDLEA’s commitment to a smooth, transparent implementation.
