Kogi varsity denies increasing student school fees
Prince Abubakar Audu University says charges remain unchanged and explains its new uniform fee structure across state universities.

Prince Abubakar Audu University, Anyigba, has denied reports of an increase in student fees. The management stated that it has adopted a uniform fee structure for the three state owned universities in Kogi State. The Director of Public Affairs, Uredo Omale, issued this clarification after social media reports alleged a fee hike.
Management explained that the university had not increased its fees. Instead, the school aligned its charges with the other two state owned universities following approval by the state government. The university advised the public to verify information by comparing approved charges for corresponding departments across the three institutions.
Stakeholders were urged to check official communication channels before sharing details online.
