Planet Health Film Fund offers £20,000 to five filmmakers

Earthrise and Bupa, together with sustainability partner BAFTA Albert and SXSW London, have launched the Planet Health Film Fund 2027. The fund will support five filmmakers with £20,000 each to produce a 10‑minute documentary and accompanying social content that examines personal links between human health and the environment.
Applicants must submit stories that show what keeps people healthy and connected to nature in a rapidly changing, increasingly urbanised world. The deadline for applications is 6 pm GMT on 16 Nov 2026; late submissions will not be considered. Organisers advise submitting early to avoid technical problems.
